Pricing

All our Services are on a pay as you use basis. All models can have a prearranged pricing, but for this we require access to your range of goods. For your convenience this can be arranged free of charge to you. If you require us to collect your products for evaluation please contact 086 072 7235

We select a “horse for course” delivery option for distribution according to your specification and then manage that process, getting the product to the customer on time and without hassle.

We have our own local fleet mixed with providers stronger in outlying areas to provide problem free distribution.

All parties are made aware of parcel movements and appointments are made on all deliveries to ensure efficiencies. Proof of delivery details supplied with all deliveries.

We manage the pricing structures to your operation inclusive of all ideliver clients. This increases your own buying power. ideliver has been in the logistics environment for 17 years and taking advantage of this aspect of our experience makes both business and financial sense.

Due to our natural eCommerce position we can provide additional sales channels to your company.

These are the following additional sales channels for your consideration:

  1. National garage forecourt distribution and sales, through our media partner.
  2. Additional online sales representation of your products through major online retailers.

ideliver Plus Fulfillment

ideliver Plus is the real backbone support to your eCommerce business. This is a short term target if you’re getting good traction and are growing fast. If you are currently in the eCommerce business and are needing to Scale Fast or get more storage capacity. On this package the client still uses their own transporter. Customer and Parcel journey experience is not managed on this package.

Pricing

We have 3 main eComm bin sizes (S.M.L) in our eCommerce enabled facility. Bulk is charged at a cubic meter rate per week/month along with the various bins used. Pick-Pack is controlled into 4 Main weight categories 0-3 and 3-5kg’s. Then 5-10 and 10-15kg’s with 15 plus by arrangement. Across ideliver fulfilments 4 Main departments of eCommerce namely Fashion, Electronics, Household and Other. We Label per item on receipt, upload into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and allocate stock holding positions.

Whether you have pallets, boxes or a container of goods, receiving is standardized to provide the same basic essential services to all levels of requirements.

Our warehouse consists of 3000 square meters that is racket to provide 4000 pallet spaces/bins and 400 bulk storage pallet spaces.

All products are introduced and allocated to stock for sale within 12 hours of receipt. Product images are supplied digitally with the ‘goods received notice’. Product is charged for weekly per square meter or by allocated bin.

Rental is waived if stock is turned in four (4) days. Off-loading charges applies to all stock arrivals and are priced at industry standard.

Bulk space and pricing is available on short stays only. This is a high stock turnover facility so we do not have long term parking deals, stock must turn in two calendar months.

For all new sales items, photography is essential for web developer product content loading. For this purpose we have our own in house studio, and this service is provided on all products and all stock holding pricing options. Single one off shots are provided free of charge.

Full product shoots are provided at competitive hourly rates.

A very important part of the fulfillment process is the pick. Incorrect product leads to returns and unhappy clients. We ensure that your client receives what they ordered 100% of the time.

All product picks are verified and signed for on our internal handover to packing and dispatch departments.

Parcel Management is a minimum for top or soon to be top eCommerce Retailers; you may need this on start-up. We can consult on this point if need be. If you place your customer in high regard then look no further than this package which looks after all the Scalable solutions at ideliver with the exception of the (CSD) Customer Service Department (Platinum Package).

This is our full service eCommerce fulfillment package where we partner facilitate all the required customer interaction processes which can include return/warranty processing through to our Call Centre.

Brand Managers in a supervisory capacity in any area of our business can be allocated to specifically oversee all aspects of your fulfillment process in a shared or permanent capacity.

At ideliver, a return is an incomplete sale. We pride ourselves on having a 99% no return rate to date, however these are a reality and this process will require special attention.

We provide a safe accountable operation on the returns process and fulfill your requirements to the letter. Return address would be to an ideliver warehouse where ideliver and your company would address specific issues and redress. Having a connected asset of internal distribution would be of great value in these situations.

Staffing for high level eCommerce and supply chain management is supplied contractually. We believe in our internal processes; however this next level supervision together with call center agents creates a level of control required in the blue chip eCommerce and supply chain sector.
